1. Who can use UXKIN
You must be at least 13 years old to use UXKIN, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live (or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you). If you use UXKIN for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and agent tokens secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and tokens.
- Tell us at support@uxkin.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You can delete your account at any time in Account settings, or, if your account doesn't have a plan, by emailing support@uxkin.com from the address on the account.
3. What UXKIN contains
UXKIN is a reference library of mobile app screens, user journeys and website design details, provided for design research, reference, education and commentary. Products, names, logos, trademarks and screenshots shown on UXKIN belong to their respective owners. Those owners are not affiliated with UXKIN and do not endorse it, and showing their work does not grant you any rights in it.
UXKIN’s own software, design, organization of the library, written descriptions and DESIGN.md documents are owned by UXKIN and protected by law.
4. How you may use UXKIN
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use UXKIN for your own design, research and product work, subject to these terms. You may use DESIGN.md content and insights from UXKIN in your own work. You are responsible for making sure anything you create does not infringe others’ rights, including the rights of the owners of products shown on UXKIN.
5. Things you must not do
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically copy UXKIN’s library, or use it to build a competing library, dataset or service.
- Resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute UXKIN content as-is.
- Get around rate limits, security measures or access controls, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Share agent tokens publicly or use the Agent SDK in a way that places unreasonable load on UXKIN.
- Interfere with or disrupt UXKIN, or use it to send spam or malware.
- Use UXKIN for anything unlawful.
6. Agent SDK and MCP access
Agent tokens let AI agents and tools you control search UXKIN on your behalf. The same rules apply to anything done with your tokens. We may limit, change or suspend agent access, or revoke tokens that are misused.
7. Paid plans
- Full access is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown on the Pricing page when you buy.
- Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our merchant of record and handles billing, receipts and applicable sales tax or VAT. Polar’s terms also apply to your purchase.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing in the account menu (or Account settings → Manage billing); access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime means access to full-access features for as long as UXKIN operates them, for the account that purchased it.
- Refund requests are handled case by case. Email support@uxkin.com within 14 days of purchase, from the email on your account. As merchant of record, Polar may also issue refunds under its own policies. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
- Full access is for your own use and your own agents; don’t share your account or agent tokens to give others access.
8. Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the DMCA, and to trademark concerns and requests from the owners of products shown on UXKIN. Material we remove is taken out of the libraries, search, agent tools and collections. See our DMCA & Copyright page.
9. Changes, suspension and termination
UXKIN is evolving; we may add, change or remove features or content at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect UXKIN or other users. You may stop using UXKIN at any time.
10. Disclaimers
UXKIN is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise UXKIN will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will be complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, UXKIN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of UXKIN. Our total liability for any claim relating to UXKIN is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Indemnity
If your use of UXKIN or your breach of these terms leads to a claim against UXKIN, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs, to the extent allowed by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which UXKIN is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and highlight significant changes on the site. Continuing to use UXKIN after changes take effect means you accept them.
