UXKIN is a reference library of mobile app screens, user journeys and website design details, shown for design research, reference and commentary. Product names, logos, trademarks and screenshots belong to their respective owners, who are not affiliated with UXKIN and do not endorse it.

Filing a takedown notice

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), send a written notice to dmca@uxkin.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”, including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The exact UXKIN page address (URL) of each item you want removed, so we can find it.
4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

When we receive a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and, where possible, let the person who provided it know.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). If you are unsure whether a use infringes your rights, consider getting legal advice first.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@uxkin.com with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”, including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which UXKIN may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

For trademark concerns, or if you own a product shown on UXKIN and simply prefer it not to be included, email dmca@uxkin.com with the page URLs. We review every request.
