Program terms

  1. Who can join. Anyone with a UXKIN account, free to join. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live and able to receive PayPal payments.
  2. Who counts as your referral. Someone who opens your link and creates a new UXKIN account within 60 days, in the same browser. If they open another affiliate's link afterwards, the newest link counts. Someone who pays with your discount code also counts as yours, from that payment on, unless another affiliate referred them first. Existing accounts can't be referred through a link, and you can't refer yourself or accounts you control.
  3. What you earn. 30% of each payment your referral makes for UXKIN (Monthly or Lifetime), for as long as their account keeps paying. It's worked out on the amount paid after discounts, before sales tax and VAT.
  4. Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is removed. Each commission is pending for 30 days before it's ready to pay. If a refund happens after you've been paid, it's taken off your next payout.
  5. Payouts. Once a month, by PayPal, to the email you set on this page, when you have at least $50 ready. Below that, it carries over to the next month. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and PayPal's own fees, if any, apply.
  6. How to promote. Be honest about what UXKIN is. Not allowed: spam (unsolicited emails or messages), bidding on “UXKIN” in search ads, pretending to be UXKIN or its staff, fake reviews, coupon or cashback sites, and misleading claims. If you have a following, say that it's an affiliate link where the law or the platform requires it.
  7. Ending. You can leave any time by emailing us; earned commissions that are ready are still paid once they reach $50. We can change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice. If you break these terms or commit fraud, we can close your affiliate account and withhold commissions that came from it.
  8. Everything else. UXKIN's Terms and Privacy Policy apply. You're an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent of UXKIN. Questions: support@uxkin.com.
